Eldorado (F: Ch. Pl. Bohem Tanya Gyongye DEREK M; CWC, res. CACIB, EKRIDI z Hrubej Siklawy) died on October 6th. He lived with us for 13 years and 2 months. He was an amazing dog and a great runner. Until he was 10 years old there was no dog sled race where our tea competed without him. He was very hardworking and was always running in a last couple – closest to the sled which requires a strength, discipline and fitness. Sensitive and dedicated, as a stud dog was passing on these great features to his offspring. We have left two of his daughters in a kennel -REWIA and RUMBA. RUMBA has proudly took his place in our team. Last couple of months he was very sick and together with my husband we were fighting for every day of his life. Unfortunately no one has won agains a death yet…and on our yard there is an empty hencoop left… and i keep on looking unconsciously this direction to see my beloved DOREK….
